The Museum of Arts and Sciences has a number of collections including American Art, Cuban, African, English and Continental, Chinese, Pre-Columbian, Paintings, Works of Decorative Arts, Works on Paper, Fossil and Marine Mollusks, Crystals, Gems and Minerals, Complete Giant Ground Sloth, Planetarium slides, Florida history items including maps, letters, Spanish colonial items, photographs, and much, much, more! Museum hours are: Tuesday through Friday 9am - 4pm. Saturday and Sunday Noon - 5pm. Closed Mondays and Major Holidays. Museum Admission is: Adults $8.00, Students $4.00, Children 5 and under Free, and Volusia County residents receive FREE admittance on the first Tuesday of each month (with proof of residence).
